‌ Being a resident in both of these states and still having an office for my nonprofit, I felt that these states would make my analysis very accurate without any personal biases and promoting an agenda about each one of the states. Both Connecticut and Delaware are some of the smaller states in the United States Union to give it some context I will be providing the square mileage for each state:

  • Connecticut: 5,543 square miles (How Big Is Connecticut?, n.d.).
  • Delaware: 2,489 square miles, (How Big Is Delaware?, n.d.).

To give it context so that people could understand the size of these small states Connecticut is almost double the size of Delaware and Rhode Island can fit inside Delaware 1.61 times, (How Big Is Delaware?, n.d.). While Rhode Island could fit inside Connecticut 3.59 times, (How Big Is Connecticut?, n.d.). To give the reader context of how small these states really are in relation to each other. Can you say moving to Delaware could be a downgrade based on the states size in relation to each other. Once you factor in the population sizes of these two states which are the following:

  • Connecticut: Population is 3,675,069, (U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts: Connecticut, n.d.);
  • Delaware: Population is 1,067,410, making it the 46th populist state in the Union (Delaware Population 2024 (Demographics, Maps, Graphs), 2024).

Both population size and state size can influence domestic violence crime statistics. Larger populations may lead to more raw numbers of domestic violence incidents, but this doesn't necessarily translate to higher rates. State size, particularly the presence of rural areas, can impact access to services and reporting rates, potentially leading to under reporting or higher rates of certain types of violence in isolated areas, (Rural Health Information Hub, 2017). Being able to understand these nuances is vital to understanding the interpretation of data then when you add ethnicity/race to the conversations it would breaks down to the following:

  • Connecticut: 12.7% non-Hispanic Black/African American, (Connecticut - 2024 - III.B. Overview of the State, 2024);
  • Delaware: 24.1% Black Alone Population, (U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts: Delaware, n.d.).

This is the reason why I moved to Delaware was the increase Negro/Black American Population and the closeness to Connecticut but far enough to have my own personal space away from distraction such as family and old friends. Under these factors along with when Negro/Black Americans engage in domestic violence and interpersonal violence that 57.9 of violence are reported was bidirectional. Correspondingly 42.1% of the violence reported unidirectional in nature. Within the 42.1% unidirectional violence, 13.8% was coded as perpetrated only from the man towards the woman (M to F unidirectional), whereas 28.3% only from the man towards the woman (F to M unidirectional). These numbers are like those originally reported by Stets and Straus (1989), based on 5,005 married, 237 cohabiting, and 526 dating couples. According to this book chapter, based on data collection in the 1980's, 50% of violent dating engaged in bidirectional IPV (39.4% female to male only, 20.7% male to female only); whereas 48.2 of married violent couples were bidirectionally violence (28.6% female to males only, 23.2% male to female only). Among the seven current large populations studies that were used in this analysis, the overall ratio of unidirectional female-to-male compared to unidirectional male-to-female IPV was 2.05 weighted (2.02 unweighted ratio). (Langhinrichsen-Rohling et Al., 2012, p. 208). These talking points can be found in the research book called Solutions For Anti-Black Misandry, Flat Blackness, and Black Male Death: The Masculinist Turn by T. Hasan Johnson, who goes into great detail of domestic violence and IPV numbers nationally which is supported by the Black Males Studies Institute, (T. Hasan Johnson, 2023).

So, when these unruly feminists shouting these statics that was presented by extreme white feminist from academia I begin to question where these ladies get their information from to make them draw these unreasonable conclusions especially in the Negro/Black American Community. It matters what information is presented and by who to avoid the 'Miseducation of the American Negro'.

Data was extracted from Domestic Violence by State 2025 by WorldPopulationReview.com and reformatted/represented by Roland Dunham, II, M.S, (World Population Review, 2023).

Some of the extreme differences are statics that each state chose to record and publish for the public to review for example when it comes to stalking both states chose to focus and presented the statics for men stalking women but not women stalking men. The problem with that is that it paints the narrative of the 'damsel in distress' to reinforce the police to target men in the community instead of operating from an 'EEOC perspective' that anyone can get locked up. There are many stories in the media of women being the jealous ex who stalks her ex-boyfriend with the intentions of trying to sabotage their lives because they can't beat the man up physically.  Another extreme perspective is the non-reporting of both states when it comes to men that Experience Sexual Violence in their lifetime, I find it alarming that the sexual of young boys are not factored into the equation. Every time I scroll through my social media feed, I have observed countless women sexually assaulting young children there needs to be a better way to express these grown phenomena of women abuse children sexually in the field of education alone the numbers could be daunting.

One of the statistics that surprised me is that the smaller state produced higher numbers of domestic violence. There could be several factors to why that could be the case. When I observed that Delaware has a larger Black American Population than Connecticut could that be the factor or is its White Men taking their aggression on White Women who date inter-racially? What I did notice is that Connecticut statically paints the small 'rural effect' more than Delaware because there are more white people in that state. This is why race, and ethnicity does matter when discussing these sensitive topics because how can police a problem when the data is slanted to fit a specific narrative to uphold a narrative that is countered to the truth. The difference is despite the size of Delaware it has more reported DV When it Comes to Women, Physical Violence Over A Lifetime, and Psychological Violence In Lifetime which I found surprising for a smaller state that is why I broke down the population size and square mileage to highlight the difference to illustrate the large picture from the small state of Delaware.

Matthew Deiaco is an 'experienced criminal' who was able to explore all aspects of criminality without any intervention of the Canadian Authorities because he was a white male in the Canadian Criminal Justice System. No different from white people in America, some of these white criminals have extensive criminal records that are dangerous to the general public at large. Some of my theories are that authorities allow these types of criminals into the general public to pull off irregular attacks on other ethnic groups to terrorize the public from an ethnic and racial perspective. His account of grooming girls was not like a business model but a means of criminality, and yes, there is a difference. As a student, one could observe the works of the American Pimp named Iceberg Slim, and being a descendant of one of the best Detroit Pimps named Blue (Eye) Jimmy Blue, one can tell he would not be in that life for the long haul. How is a student such as myself aware of this? Well, Iceberg Slim had an outline of what makes an effective pimp in America, which is the following:

Control and Manipulation:

  • Deception and Psychological Warfare: Slim emphasizes the importance of understanding and manipulating women's emotions and desires to maintain control.
  • Physical Violence: The book acknowledges the use of physical violence, including beatings with wire hangers, to enforce compliance.
  • Building a Persona: Slim describes how he cultivated a cold, detached persona, becoming a figure of authority and fear, known as "Iceberg" for his calm demeanor (Slim, 1969).

From my perspective, Matthew Deiaco was not effective in the game of pimping because he did not have or build a persona that was needed to have longevity in the sex entertainment industry. An example from a white male perspective could be Hugh Hefner, who has demonstrated the characteristics listed above. He could have groomed some girls, but he was not effective because he lacked the following:

Survival and Mindset:

  • Adaptability: Slim's story highlights the need to be adaptable and resourceful in a dangerous and competitive environment.
  • Ruthlessness: The book doesn't shy away from portraying the harsh realities of life, including the exploitation and dehumanization of women.
  • Self-Preservation: Slim's narrative also reveals a strong focus on self-preservation and the need to stay one step ahead of both rivals and law enforcement (Slim, 1969).

How To Bring Awareness?

There are some ways to bring awareness, is as changing the approach to criminal enforcement. This could be done by adding an ethnic/racialized enhancement to the crime. It is different when a John has a diversity of women to choose from versus a specific ethnic/racial group, in the assigned video. Some could argue that the game became more unsafe when women are what they would consider to be free agents, meaning that they do not have a male John who is responsible for their actions, and where about which can open the door to kidnapping, sex trafficking, organ harvesting, and more. Sites such as Backpage, OnlyFans, and other forms of social media are never held to the standard of shutting them down if they are engaging in such risky behavior. The FCC should have been investigating these platforms to ensure these actions are not normalized by electronic communication. Another way to combat this is to have a self-esteem course infused into lesson plans to increase a student's self-worth. Then combine it into a DARE-like program when it comes to teen sex education to educate the dangers of using their body for profit. Those would be some of my suggestions for combating these types of criminal behavior that open doors to more deadly crimes against girls/women called femicide. By breaking these lesson plans based on sexual orientation as well, because homosexuality/lesbianism has different dangers from the heterosexual community. Understanding these differences and how they relate to the students could prevent grooming behavior or sexual criminality and build awareness in the group that may be vulnerable to these types of crimes.

Black American Children are 92,237 in foster care and 9,588 adopted. Transracial adoption, where adoptive parents and the adopted child are of different races, is increasingly common in the US. While 28% of all adoptions are transracial, it's more prevalent for children of color adopted by white parents. Specifically, 90% of transracial adoptions involve children of color adopted by white parents, (University of Nevada, Reno, 2022). Some of the extreme cases of these types of transracial family units would be the following:

  • The Black American community has historically expressed strong opposition to transracial adoption, particularly the adoption of Black children by white families. This opposition stems from concerns about cultural genocide, the loss of cultural identity, and the potential for children to face racism in a predominantly white environment. The National Association of Black Social Workers (NABSW) famously denounced transracial adoption in 1972, calling it a form of cultural genocide, according to the American Enterprise Institute, (Barrow, 2025).
  • Negro/Black American Modern Day Child Slavery: A recent case in West Virginia has brought to light the disturbing reality of a white couple, Jeanne Whitefeather and Donald Lantz, who were found guilty of treating their five adopted Black children as forced laborers, essentially using them as "slaves", (Burke, 2025).
  • Charlize Theron: a South African women who adopted two young Afrikaan boys using buck breaking into a transgender life which leaves them to not have a true connection with their tribe, (DailyWire+, 2019).
  • World Response By Africa: African nations have either banned or significantly restricted foreign adoptions due to concerns about child welfare, trafficking, and ethical practices. Ethiopia notably banned all inter-country adoptions in 2018. Other countries, like Liberia, the Republic of Congo, and Zambia, have also suspended or restricted international adoptions for various periods due to similar concerns, (Intercountry Adoption an African Perspective, n.d.).

One of the things that honestly concerns me is how childcare agencies can collect the data to promote the narrative of a transracial society but do not collect information about the abuse that some children will endure being such a family dynamic that promotes the following:

1. Cultural Genocide:

  • They believed that children adopted into white families might not develop the necessary skills and understanding to navigate a society with deep-seated racism, (Lee, 2003).
  • This concern was particularly relevant in the context of the historical and ongoing challenges Black people face in the United States, (University of Nevada, Reno, 2022).

2. Loss of Cultural Connection:

  • Opponents of transracial adoption emphasized the importance of maintaining cultural ties and heritage for children of color;
  • They argued that children adopted by white families might lack access to positive role models, community support, and knowledge of their cultural background;
  • This could lead to feelings of displacement and identity confusion, (Barrow, 2025).

3. Impact on Black Families:

  • Some argued that transracial adoption prioritized the needs of white families seeking to adopt over the needs of Black families seeking to adopt;
  • There were concerns that transracial adoption might inadvertently discourage Black families from adopting, despite their willingness and ability to provide homes for Black children, (Transracial Adoption | EBSCO, 2022).

In conclusion this topic could be very inclusive to the topic of child abuse investigations even from a global perspective. Do we honestly live in a post-racial society like Past President Obama said when he stated that "There is not a liberal America and a conservative America, there is the United States of America. There is not a Black America, a White America, a Latino America, or an Asian America, but rather the United States of America", (CBS News, 2024). The illusion of inclusion has dangerous effects in the system of White supremacy and white dominance. This is why people take the stance that these agencies such as the CPS and the Police are more that government sanctioned human trafficking factories to grind out the soul out of Negro/Black American Children In American & Melenated Afrikaan Children from All Around the World!

What could be learned is that when White People of the dominant culture change, create, and/or advocate for the change for new policies, without repairing the criminal system, it is meant solely to empower and support their way of life at the expense of others. Being a former Connecticut resident, these are the types of liberal policies that caused me to move to Delaware in the first place.  These types of liberal leaning policies would change the fundamental foundations of America, but they won't advocate for changing innovative, restorative policies such as the following:

  • Changing the Constitution,
  • Reparations for Negro/Black Americans,
  • Ending Qualified Immunity For Police/Police Accountability
  • and other so-called 'social radical' perspectives

These are exactly the main reasons why a person should oppose these foolish ideals and be removed from the political office and/or seat. This policy would have institutional and structural ramifications, such as the following, that would fundamentally change how America has been since 1776, which could collapse America from the inside out! When reading this, you would think this person is radical in his perspective, so let's give you some talking points to reconsider, which are the following:

  • Disruption of Established Legal Framework: At 18, individuals gain the right to vote, serve in the military, enter into contracts, and are generally held accountable for their actions in the legal system. Altering this established age would require significant changes to laws and regulations, potentially causing confusion and legal challenges (Hamilton, 2016). But the currently politicians such as Malloy would never advocate for the repair of Negro/Black American who were once were slaves in his state! With the same logic, it would fundamentally change America!
  • Brain Development vs. Capacity for Responsibility: While it's true that the brain continues to develop past 18, particularly the prefrontal cortex, this doesn't negate the fact that 18-year-olds are generally considered to have the capacity for independent decision-making and accepting the consequences of their actions. Raising the age of adulthood to 20 would imply that 18 and 19-year-old lack this capacity, which is not a universally accepted view (Why 18 Is the Magic Number for Adulthood?, 2024).
  • Negative Societal and Economic Impacts: Delaying the age of adulthood would hinder young adults' ability to pursue education, enter the workforce, and gain financial independence. It could also impact their ability to participate fully in society, such as getting married, owning property, or accessing certain services. Additionally, it might create a longer period of dependence on their parents, potentially affecting both the young adults and their families (Hamilton, 2016).

Because of these self-serving policies that Malloy and other politicians have generated over the past 10-15 years are the reasons why I decided to pack everything, including my cat, and decided to build our government along with other like minded Negro Americans. These are some more reasons for entertaining these pipe dream policies will have opposition for these additional key perspectives, which are the following:

  • Firstly, eighteen is already the age at which individuals gain many legal rights and responsibilities, including voting, enlisting in the military, entering into contracts, and changing this would disrupt established societal norms and legal frameworks;
  • Secondly, while the brain continues to develop past 18, the current legal framework reflects a societal consensus that 18-year-olds possess the capacity for autonomous decision-making;
  • Thirdly, raising the age of adulthood could have unintended negative consequences, such as delaying young adults' ability to enter the workforce, pursue education, or establish financial independence, as these are often activities associated with legal adulthood (Bridges, 2016).

This Marxist-Left-leaning ideologies are the reasons why Negro/Black American are beginning to abandoning the support for the Democratic Party in droves. This has been reported since the failed President Obama did not deliver any tangible benefits for Black Americans, while speaking against Reparations and Police Reform, but the Past President created reformative policies for the LGBTQ+, the Dreamers, and more at the expense of Black American Voters! To support the reality of what the writer, such as myself, is talking about would be a Gallup article called Democrats Lose Ground With Black & Hispanic Adults, made the following claims that the Democratic Party's wide lead over Republicans in Black Americans’ party preferences has shrunk by nearly 20 points over the past three years (Jones & Saad, 2024). These questions and topics are the reason why people nationally do not respect colleges' and universities' credentials as they did in the past! Instead of teaching things from a nationalistic perspective, most of these liberal universities push this globalist logic rooted in Marxism, anti-American, and Anti-Negro/Black American!

Some of the warning signs that makes me concerned about possible abuse in a unequally yoked relationship could be based on the 7 warning signs that The Negro Black Knights Heritage Club would identify or associate with a victim of domestic violence are the following:

  1. Cultural/Sexual Fetization;
  2. Cultural, Ethnic, Genetic, and Heritage Flatting and/or Suppression;
  3. Racial/Ethnic Pet Slurs such as calling Black Men/Women 'Chocolate', Black Women Being Called 'N Word B!tch' or White Women 'Snow Bunnies,' etc, or White Men called 'Master/Mister';
  4. The use of lethal force or slander such as in the calling of the police, or threatening with weapons;
  5. Racial/Ethnic Isolation from their immediate family such as mother, father, brother, sister, and 1st cousins in some regards;
  6. The Denial To Discuss Black History, Topics, and Everyday Events in the home;
  7. And The Denial of Resources to the People that Made Them.

What Negroes have observed in the Lineage-Based Collective Community, of people who decided to date outside the community could have comparable problems that could be observed in some celebrity relationships in popular culture:

  • The Sada Robinson Case: Body Dismemberment Being A 'Delectable Negro',
  • Tiger Woods: Alleged Physical Case of Assault by his White Wife with golf clubs,
  • Serena Williams: using skin lightening creams to change her appearance,
  • Eve the Rapper: disconnecting her relationship with the Black Men such as the Loxs/D Block, Ruff Ryders, DMX and Swiss Beats along with the suppression of Black History being discussed in the home of her White/European Billionaire Husband,
  • Shannon Sharpe have sexual relationship under the guise of role of BDSM/Slave Role Playing later to be exposed in the media has harmed his marketability via social media because of civil lawsuit,
  • Jonathan Majors was running from a white woman/girl friend with children only to be charged and losing out business deals and contracts,
  • Kobe Bryan whose wife destroyed his relationship with his mother and father that made him the athlete that we still marvel at today or Michael Jordan not having a meaningful relationship with his sons/daughters.

These are some examples of unequally yoked relationships that ended the careers and the reputations of various Black Celebrities, or in the news in today's popular culture. These topics could be triggered by the Lineage-Based Collective Community because some of us have distanced ourselves from those that have engage in such practices, unions or narratives to keep our way of life and traditions, values and customs. In the system of White Supremacy all aspects of life can be weaponized against any sex with the purpose of destroying an ethnicity and race from the inside out to disconnect the heart, soul and mind by staying committed to unbalanced relationships.

What surprised me in the article is the diversity of total legal protection against four forms of VAW in 2010 in the continent of Afrika. This how immigrants could affects the Negro/Black American in several ways if they migrate to American into Black American Communities under the guise of refugee status. Another reason why Ghana was the examples for the case study is because in a Negro Eyes there should be no different between them and the White Europeans in American that engaged in the Chattel Slavery of Negro in Americans to the Ghanaian People who were involvement in the Trans-Atlantic as the role of Slaver Traders.  These acts began the origin of the genocide and sexual abuse of Negro People by the Ghanaian Public that engaged in the following acts against Negro/Black American based on their own admission which were the following:

  • Ghana, a major hub for the transatlantic slave trade, has acknowledged its role in the capture and sale of Africans to European traders;
  • The government and traditional leaders have issued apologies for the actions of their ancestors who participated in the slave trade (eurweb, 2006).

If the American government cared about the American Public most critical to the Negro/Black Americans, the American Government would have never sent these richly hued 'Slave Traders of Negroes' to the location of Black American Communities mainly in the Mid-Atlantic states. The Negroes from Negroland where some of the slaves were sent to through the 'Doors of No Return' Never to Return Back to Afrika right near the most famous slave castle/dungeon named Elmina Castle.

The Types Of Criminality That Was Reintroduced To The Negro/Black American Community After Slavery, Black Codes, and Jim Crow By Their Original Oppressors Are The Following:

  • Femicide: Results indicate that femicide, particularly intimate partner femicide (IPF), is common in sub-Saharan Africa. We found suspicion of infidelity, jealousy, and sexual rejection were major factors leading to the majority of IPF incidences. Guns played a significant role as well. Meanwhile, the media framed femicide as isolated events and not a systematic problem (Rohn & Tenkorang, 2023). A reasonable person could observe that Ghanaian/Afrikaans women refugee engaging in extreme feminist ideologies because they maybe dissatisfied with the men from the Motherland of Ghana due to the abuse they might have endured before coming to America. They carry this trauma and accuse Negro/Black American men of doing the same when that may not be the reality. As a result of their dysfunctional behavior coupled with the possible deception of them practicing 'Negroization': them trying to appear as Negro/Black American woman harmed relationships based on cultural appropriation. These actions/behaviors have eroded the trust Negro People once shared with each other has destabilize Negro/Black American Families nationwide in America!
  • Internal Human Trafficking: Ghanaian women and girls are trafficked within Ghana for sexual exploitation, particularly in urban areas, border towns, and mining regions;
  • International Human Trafficking: Ghanaian women and girls are also trafficked to other West African countries, the Middle East, and Europe for forced labor and sex trafficking, (Human Trafficking & Modern-Day Slavery in Ghana, 2025).

My theory is that some of the Human Trafficking Victims in American of missing Negro/Black American women and girls which cause the creation of the Ebony Alert Bill. In 2022, Black women and girls accounted for over 36% of missing persons cases, even though they only make up 14% of the female population, according to the Office of Justice Programs. This disparity highlights systemic issues of bias, neglect, and a lack of resources that hinder effective responses to these cases, says the Office of Justice Programs, (Seabrook, 2024). My personal perspective is that women in my community are being targeted by both men and women from their community that specialize in the form of criminality and contributing to the myth of Black on Black Criminality that Ghana Immigrants tend to be heavily concentrated near Negro/Black American Communities in states such as the following:

  • New York: This state consistently has the largest number of Ghanaian immigrants.
  • Virginia: Follows New York in terms of Ghanaian immigrant population size.
  • New Jersey: Another state with a significant Ghanaian immigrant population.
  • Maryland: Also hosts a notable number of Ghanaian immigrants, (Summary, n.d.).

The Ghana Immigrant Refugees have several migrate dates which are the following:

  • 153,000, 1st Generation Ghanaian Immigrants in America;
  • 56% of the Immigrant Population arrived in the 2000's;
  • 82,000 born to 1 parent from Ghana 2nd Generation, (Summary, n.d.).

Having immigrants that import from nations where with principles that are drastically different from the American Public most critical to the Negro/Black American Community could result in spike of what some might call Black on Black Crimes in the form of domestic violence.

When a reasonable researcher breaks down each state and the missing Black Women that are human trafficked the results and the research can be alarming:

  • Governor Kathy Hochul signed legislation to create a task force specifically focused on addressing the disproportionate impact of missing and murdered Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) women and girls in New York, (NY State Senate Bill 2023-S4266A, 2023).
  • Our Black Girls: This organization specifically focuses on raising awareness and sharing information about missing Black women and girls, including those in Virginia, (Missing in Virginia Archives, 2023).
  • Black and Missing Foundation (BAMF): While not exclusively focused on Virginia, BAMF works nationally to bring awareness to missing people of color, and their efforts would include Virginia residents, (Quander, 2020).
  • The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC): This national organization handles missing person cases across the country, and includes information on missing Black women and girls, and would likely have data on Virginia, (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, 2024).
  • There is a concerning issue of missing Black women in New Jersey, and this is part of a larger national trend where missing people of color, particularly Black women and girls, often receive less media attention and fewer resources than their white counterparts, (The Black and Missing Foundation Is Shining a Light on the Alarming Number of Missing Black People – the Bay State Banner, 2024).
  • Black women and girls are disproportionately represented among missing persons cases, both in Maryland and nationwide, (Far Too Many Black Girls Disappear without a Trace, n.d.
  • For example, the NAACP notes that in 2013, 37% of missing minors and 28.2% of missing adults were Black, (Missing African American Women and Children in the United States of America | NAACP, 2019).

One of the perspectives from the required text How laws around the world do and do not protect women from violence, highlighted something that strengthen my perspective of what Anti-Negronativophobia is in relations to Negro/Black American Communities which when the author stated that:

“[A]ll States have a legal obligation to protect women from domestic violence,” and this is “a problem widely recognized by the international community as a serious human rights violation and an extreme form of discrimination,” (Richards & Haglund, 2015).

Based on the outdated map Ghana is light green around the 3-5 category. The reason why I decided to use Ghana as a case study was based on proximity and also my interaction with the refugees from the location.

Some of the Ghana laws that may contribute to the spike in domestic violence stats in America are the following:

A Georgetown Report states in their reviews the contours of the domestic violence problem in Ghana and outlines the ways in which Ghanaian law and procedure was insufficiently addressing the problem at the time. Its chief findings include that the Ghanaian laws existing in 2003 inadequately punished perpetrators and protected victims of domestic violence and that court and police enforcement of the existing law was lacking, including because the government was allowing the removal of domestic violence cases from the legal system in favor of formal and informal mediation. Accordingly, the report concludes with recommendations that Ghana pass specific domestic violence legislation (already before Parliament at the time the report was written), that Ghana adopt procedures for screening cases involving domestic violence out of various dispute resolution processes involving mediation (a draft screening mechanism was appended to the report), and that Ghana build the capacity of law enforcement to deal with domestic violence cases (proposed police procedures were also appended). (Postscript: specific domestic violence legislation was subsequently passed in Ghana in 2007), (Cantalupo et al., 2006).

In conclusion, immigrants such as from the country of Ghana are very dangerous to our people and the way of life. This is why Black Americans in Chicago are pushing to turn to red in a movement called Chicago Red, there goal is to get rid of the immigrants and immigration policies in the Chicago area by leaning on the Republican Party and the Federal Agency called ICE, (ChicagoRED, 2025). Which I think the solution could do more damage to Black Americans because the Republican Party of today is not like the days of the old. I do understand why they are making the necessary political outreach with the Negro/Black American Community to oust these danger elements that plague our community nationwide.

The reality is that this is not a 'Nation of Immigrants', but a nation made by Negroes That Were Human Trafficked Across the Atlantic!

Why Negro/Black American Domestic Violence Is Increasing?

When it is in the relations to the community that I am part of which is the Negro/Black American Experience these crimes sometimes go unreported which gave rise to the #MeToo Movement. Based on the National Black Women Institute that stated the following:

For every Black woman who reports rape, at least 15. Many survivors do not report their assault for a variety of reasons, including shame, humiliation, fear of retaliation, racism, historical failure to believe and protect Black women, and fear of unjust harm to Black partners. But Black survivors, who do report sexual assault or violence are less likely to be believed than their white counterparts, (National Black Women's Justice Institute, 2021).

My response to the data could be rooted in scholarship such as When Rape Was Legal, is the first book to solely focus on the widespread [abuse]/rape perpetrated against enslaved [B]lack women by white men in the United States. The routine practice of sexual violence against enslaved [B]lack women by white men, motivation of rape, and legal context that enable this violence are all explored and scrutinized by the author Rachel A. Feinstein, (Feinstein, 2019).

These historical concepts are rarely quantified and taken into consideration by the dominant culture and other ethnic racial immigrant groups because of ethnic/racial systemic/structural barriers that were rooted in U.S. Chattel Slavery of Negroes in America. That is my investigative technique of Negro Historical Conservation which is called Negro Historical Investigative Narrative which should be essential to the discussion to our Investigative Science of Delineationology.

The I.Q. of Negro Americans VS. The E.I./E.Q. of White Americans

When looking at my definition, I could have added the E.Q./E.I. to the topic of the perpetrator who engages in this criminality of domestic violence based on research suggests that perpetrators of domestic violence tend to have lower emotional intelligence (EI) (EI) scores compared to the general population. Studies have shown that individuals who engage in domestic violence often exhibit deficits in various components of emotional intelligence, such as emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, (Winters et al., 2004). Based on what I observed so far that this should have been introduced as the beginning of the assignments to highlight how to build good character.

I find it ironic how people state the Negro/Black American people have low I.Q. when it could be a fact that the dominant society could possibly have low E.Q./E.I. when it comes to relating to other people and domestic violence situations. What I have learned by completing the investigative program at University of New Haven is that most of the courses lacked these types of perspective when it should be in the forefront of an investigation when interacting with the public.

Conclusion-Investigator’s Analysis of Suspect Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan

Background of Involved Parties:

Complainant: The Queen of Accountability (Social Media Activist Investigator). Victim: Elder Patients that were using the services at SNL Healthcare, LLC. Suspect: Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan Other parties: All Viewers on Social Media and the Queen of Accountability.

Summary of the Allegations:

Narrative: A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Georgia was arrested and charged with exploitation of a disabled person after posting a disturbing video on TikTok. The footage, allegedly taken at a patient's home in Loganville, shows Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, dancing inappropriately over a seated disabled individual while wearing scrubs and a stethoscope. Another video surfaced from the same TikTok account, allegedly showing Koiyan engaging in inappropriate behavior with a second patient. The footage appears to depict her twerking on top of a male patient's head while he is seated in a bathtub and placing an unknown object in his mouth, (Singh, 2025). When great women such as The Queen of Accountability, as she’s known on Instagram, is a social media sleuth who tries to provide justice when she sees wrongdoings online. Someone shared Koiyan’s videos with her.

“I was sick to my stomach, and I still am,” said the influencer about the video. “Her dancing on top of the head of the person that was in the wheelchair. When I saw it, I thought it was a skit or a joke.”

The Queen of Accountability says she called police and provided them with Koiyan’s social media information.

An investigation began, which led to a search warrant and Koiyan’s arrest on Tuesday. The caretaker was booked and taken to the Walton County Jail without incident, (First & Staff, 2025).

The nature of the crime was both elder abuse and fraud for the following reason:

  • Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, dancing inappropriately over a seated disabled individual while wearing scrubs and a stethoscope, (Singh, 2025). Which should have been viewed from the perspective of sexual assault and unwanted touching and/or sexual contact by the caretaker.
  • The footage appears to depict her twerking on top of a male patient's head while he is seated in a bathtub and placing an unknown object in his mouth, (Singh, 2025). This form of reckless of behavior could have resulted in the elderly disable patient to swallow something deadly or get a possible infection from having oral contact with unknown objects near their mouths.
  • Another video surfaced from the same TikTok account, (Singh, 2025). Which opens the door to exploitation where the suspect could have capitalized financially based on monetization of her platform based on views of the genocidal behavior that could have been racially and ethnically motivated;
  • Because it was on TikTok she was also able to capitalize on the attention in which she could find alternative ways of gaining financial support from her supporters which was not explored by the investigators.

These are some of the examples of how this crime was both an example of elder abuse and fraud, which is why she needs more jail time and more criminal charges based on my assessments. Based on my perspective the case was poorly investigated due the fact of race and ethnicity and they felt the suspect could pass for being a Negro/Black American when she could be the descendant of immigrants and anchor babies.

The Profile of a Social Media Predator of the Negro/Black American Elderly

In the era where attention is more than just a drug it could translate into currency, dollars, because suspects feel it makes sense to do the most outrageous things to get the attention of viewers. No different from the fraud triangle which is fueled by her predatory desires an example of how this Fraud Triangle would work from a predator perspective such as following:

  • The Opportunity: is the young women using her profession to take advantage of the disabled elders who were under her care. Due to the company's poor supervision, poor site controls, and account which gave the female predator the ability to operate in manner that was hazardous to the patients;
  • The Pressure: was to be seen and to have attention even if her behavior could have resulted in deadly consequences;
  • Rationalization: was the suspected predator was operating from the rationality that what she was doing was not a big deal and the critics of her behavior she had this to say, “It is not what it is,” (TikTok - Make Your Day, 2025). Which could be observed as what she was doing was not a ‘big deal’ even though her actions have deadly consequences, (Olsen, 2010).

The worst thing to be around is a person who is reckless in the nursing profession because it can have deadly outcomes that can leave a victim to an early departure in their later years.

How could this be prevented?

How it could have been prevented was also charging the and fining the business for the action of the nurse. The news reporter stated the following which caught my attention:

  • WANF tried reaching out to Koiyan and to the business police to say she works for SNL Healthcare LLC, but got no response, (First & Staff, 2025).

This is enough for me to put charges/fines on the business for neglecting complaint calls about the caretaker interactions on social media with her clients. Punishing businesses for not taking responsibility for their employees is a way to enforce community ability in a business to operate at a high level of accountability. These examples caught my attention on how sloppy the investigation was done against the suspect and the business. This would be an example of Collective Action which consist of:

  • Civil Society (which were the Black people on TikTok);
  • Companies/Company (which would be SNL Healthcare LLC);
  • Government (Should imposed fines against the business), (Olsen, 2010).

The local, state, and federal governments in that community in my regards failed the community are the reasons why I posed in my book Delineationology: The Science of Delineation for the Negro American that Negro Black Americans are better off creating operating under the banner of the Negro Black Nation United World Government as a possible solution to combat these injustices, (Dunham, II, 2025).

The Law Enforcement Agencies that were involved was the local police department that went by the name of Loganville Police Department when it should have been a joint investigation between them ICE since this woman was a foreigner from another nation. She should be deported after jail-time, and her government should be charged for the prison expenses.

How was the case resolved:

Based on the investigation of the Loganville Police Department they wrote a press release that stated the following:

On January 23, 2025, The Loganville Police Department was made aware of a “viral” video, posted to social media depicting a female dancing provocative above a disabled person’s [elderly person], who was seated in the chair. A criminal investigation was initiated which resulted in the execution this morning both a search warrant and arrest warrant for the female, who was identified as Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19-year-old of Loganville, Georgia. She has been charged with one felony count of violation of OCOG 16-5-102 Exploitation of a Disabled Persons. She was booked and transported to the Walton County Jail without incident.

As this is an ongoing investigation, the Loganville Police Department will have no further comments on this case at this time.

Chief M.D. Lowry

What can be observed is the mischarging of the suspect because she is a foreign immigrant national citizen who was targeting the elders of Negro/Black American who built this nation who were descendants of those who are here at the inception of America. Her behavior was so blatant and egregious no different from many of the crimes that happen to Negro/Black Americans under the system of White Dominance and Supremacy. The reason why there were not additional charges such as sexual assault and harm to an elderly people should have been added to the list of charges. I am observing what I would call a slide of hands in disabled adult, elderly, and residents can be used interchangeably which was a way to whitewash melanated immigrant criminality against Negro/Black American Naturally Born Citizens which is a what I talk about in great lengths in my book Delineationology: The Science of Delineation for the Negro American. This mischarging of this criminal has sparked an interest by The Negro Black Knight Heritage Club and our legal team to start building our own investigation against this narrative so thanks for the Professor for this assignment.

My perspective is the Police Investigators from Loganville was doing the Negro/Black American a disservice by not charging the woman correctly. Due to the fact the woman was richly complected does not make her a Black American which could be viewed as implicit bias based on race and skin proximity. I can bet they placed her criminal activity as Black American instead of the Immigrant Categories based on race and ethnicity. By no downplaying what she was doing to ‘disable persons’ normalizes genocidal criminal behavior to Negro/Black American Elders as acceptable/tolerable behaviors in society. This caused me and the legal team to investigate more into the matters.

Part 1. Elderly Fraud and Elderly Abuse Overview

  1. Define elder fraud and elder abuse. Include the types of abuse and fraud in your example.

Elderly Fraud is defined by the Department of Justice: DOJ states the following:

Elderly fraud, also known as elder fraud or financial exploitation, involves deception, intimidation, or undue influence used to obtain or use an elderly person's property, income, resources, or trust funds for the benefit of someone else. This can include acquiring or utilizing these assets without legal authorization, particularly when the elderly person lacks the capacity to consent, (Elder Fraud and Financial Exploitation, 2016).

Elderly Abuse is defined by the Federal Bureau of Investigations: FBI states the following,

Older adult abuse and exploitation refers to any intentional act(s) by a caregiver or another person in a relationship of trust that causes harm or distress to older adults, age 60 and older. These crimes may include physical, sexual, psychological/emotional abuse, abandonment, and financial exploitation, (U.S. Department, 2019).

The example that could cover both perspectives would be my case study of a 19-year-old US Nurse Twerks Over Disabled Patients Faces Felony Charges, (Singh, 2025). It covers abuse when she is dancing on the heads of elderly patients, and it becomes exploitative when she uses her social media to profiteer from her engagement and interactions.

  1. Compare and contrast elder fraud and abuse. Elder Abuse and Fraud are the similarities is the predatory behavior which was found on Valley.com they state the following:

Elder fraud and elder abuse are intricately linked. Many instances of elder abuse stem from financial motives. Perpetrators, including family members, caregivers, or acquaintances, take advantage of their access to an elder’s finances, exploiting them for personal gain. They may coerce or manipulate seniors into signing over property titles, changing their wills, or giving them control over bank accounts. The abuse sometimes escalates to physical harm, neglect, or isolation when the elderly try to resist or expose the fraud, (Your Guide to CDs, Money Market and IRA Accounts, 2025).

The contrast which makes elder abuse & fraud different are the following,

Elder Fraud:

  • Perpetrator: Often a stranger who is not known to the victim;
  • Motivation: Primarily financial gain through deception and manipulation, (Examining Financial Fraud against Older Adults | National Institute of Justice, n.d.).
  • Tactics: May involve fake investment schemes, scams, or phishing emails to trick seniors into divulging personal information, (Your Guide to CDs, Money Market and IRA Accounts, 2025).
  • Example: A stranger posing as a tech support representative convinces an elderly person to give them remote access to their computer to "fix" a non-existent problem, ultimately stealing their financial information, (Stoneburner, 2024).

Elder Abuse:

  • Perpetrator: May be a family member, caregiver, or someone in a position of trust, (Examining Financial Fraud against Older Adults | National Institute of Justice, n.d.)
  • Motivation: Can be driven by greed, power and control, or even out of frustration and anger, (Emotional and Physical Elder Abuse, n.d.).
  • Tactics: May involve misuse of funds, neglecting responsibilities, or physically harming the elder;
  • Example: A caregiver who has access to an elder's bank account uses the money for personal expenses without the elder's consent, (National Institute on Aging, 2023).

Explain who is likely to be the offender in elder fraud and elder abuse cases. The likely offenders should be viewed as perpetrators, including family members, caregivers, or acquaintances, take advantage of their access to an elder’s finances, exploiting them for personal gain.

  1. Name a few agencies that have jurisdiction over these cases. The names of the agencies such as state Attorney General's Offices, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice's Elder Justice Initiative, and local Adult Protective Services (APS) agencies. Additionally, the National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) provides resources and information on the topic, (Digital Communications Division (DCD, 2015).

Even In Our Old Age Negro/Black Americans Are Targeted By Others...

One of the articles that caught my attention that was published by the Injustice Watch, named Older/[Elderly] Black Americans Are At Risk For Financial Exploitation, highlights how my people: Negro/Black Americans, are still living in a 'Separate & Unequal Two Americans': The Black America & the white America! The reason why this article resonated with me on a personal level due to the fact that it informs the readers on how Elderly Negro/Black Americans are victims in the system we live in today. Even witnessing these types of situations myself observing how Negro American Elders are being exploited in their later years especially when they are middle-class and own property. My perspective is that this type of criminality is extremely unfair and most of the time the crimes are racially motivated which the article states as well.

Some of the takeaways from the article are as followed:

  • Advocates and experts say there are a number of reasons Black Americans are targeted more for financial scams, including higher rates of Alzheimer’s disease, disparities in wealth and financial literacy, and lack of police response;
  • Three Ohio counties where the rate of Adult Protective Services reports was about twice as high for Black older adults compared to white older adults;
  • The top 10 community areas by crime rate for this offense were on the South Side, and eight of them were more than 90% Black, this analysis of Chicago police and U.S. census data shows. By contrast, Chicago police reports for elder financial exploitation were scarce in communities that are less than 10% Black, (Jackson, 2023).

By understanding this unique lived-experiences that Elderly Negro/Black Americans percipience is a way to bring balance and fairness in Criminal Justice Educational Sector. How can any officer be able enforce these types of crimes when they are not being expose to them in the classroom?

Financial Exploitation–Misuse of Role & Authority Case Study Analysis

The Type of Elder Abuse & Elder Fraud Present in this Case?

In the case study of the New Haven Firefighter who abused and defrauded an older woman who was 95 years old. Kenneth Burgos was charged with first-degree and tampering with witness charges, both felonies, according to Fox 61 News- reporting out of New Haven, CT, (Terzi, 2015). In the articles as well as others had a similar style of and approach when talking about what had happened to the old victim. Some of the elements of a fraud could be detected which were the following:

  • Financial Pressure: The financial pressure that was defined in the article was reported by the New Haven Register, alleges that the suspect Kenneth Burgos a fireman, had a financial crunch in which college bills and other debts was going into collections to avoid that he decided to defraud a 95-year-old woman, (Staff, 2015).
  • Rationalization: was that he was a 17-year veteran in the New Haven Fire Department (Staff, 2015).
  • Opportunity: was formed around his position as a firefighter to befriend her after he responded to a call for medical assistance at her home in 2007. Shortly thereafter, he gained her trust and control of her finances for approximately four years, (Terzi, 2015).

The other form of abuse was rooted in not properly feeding her after Kenneth gained power of attorney. He actions of just giving her yogurt, bread, and water let the older woman in poor health which could have deadly consequences for an older person, (Staff, 2015). He also preyed upon the older person with the use of his profession which makes him a predator from my perspective. He used carnal knowledge from his profession and uniform (as a firefighter) to gain favor with the older victim. Which ended up victimizing her to the point she wanted to sell her house and her belongings to leave away from the community, (Staff, 2015).

What were the legal documents used in the commission of this crime?

Some of the legal documentations that was used in the commission of the crimes were as followed:

  • A Bank Account Ledger;
  • Power of Attorney,
  • Bank Accounts,
  • And Dividends & Stocks, (Staff, 2015).

The legal authority of these documents & how Kenneth used the documation to defraud the older woman.

The power of attorney, which is a legal document that grants an individual the authority to make decisions on behalf of another person, is especially important for elders who may become incapacitated. Durable POAs remain valid even if the principal becomes incapacitated, ensuring someone can manage their affairs, (Understanding Power of Attorney for Your Elderly Parent, 2023). Kenneth would use his POAs to become a financial power of attorney: which allows him to manage the principal’s: the 95-year-old-victim's finances (such as the bank), including paying bills, managing investments, and handling bank accounts, (Jarvis, 2024). Using these types of documents Kenneth was able to defraud her thousands of dollars using her bank account as an ATM.

The Rationalization for Kenneth the Offender for Committing Crime?

The rationalization that Kenneth covered in the begin of the paper when I discussed the elements of the fraud based on the fraud triangle. The three elements are the following which are financial pressure, rationalization, and opportunity. In the beginning of the paper, I discussed that he was a 17-year veteran on the New Haven Fire Department and was struggling financially. This gave Kennth the rational mindset to use it uniform and authority to deprive and older person out of their wealth. In conclusion, Kennth the New Haven Fireman is a predator that used his profession to deprive the rights of an older person! I don’t like that most the article making it into a ‘lone wolf’ situation when the whole department should be up for investigation even the ones that turned him in.

How Would I Accomplish A (Historical) Investigation Report Writing?

1. How I would assess the audience would be always from Negro Historical Investigative Narrative: NHIN Perspective, which is designed to uncover the truth, not alter the narrative to appease the fabrication of historical narratives to uphold the ideals and principles of White Supremacy. The goal in these types of historical investigations would be to uncover and protect the truth!

2. How I would organize my historical narrative reports would be the following:

The Critical Aspects of Negro Historical Investigative Narrative Focuses On:

  • Negro Investigative Probing: should consist of the following: unearthing historical records, archives, and oral narratives to expose the truth about our Ancestor, Bloodline, Creator, and/or God.
  • The Focus on Negro Agency & Resilience: The goal is to underscore the agency, resilience, and contribution of the Negro/Lineage-Based Collective Community/14 Constitutional 14 Amenders who built and shaped the fabric of American History instead of focusing solely on the oppression, the mistreatment, and the subjugation of Negro Lineage and People.
  • Taking Control of the Narrative: The goal is to dismantle the Afrikan Melanated Wash and the white washing with incomplete narratives that often echo historically as the understanding of Negro Americans.
  • The Negro Historical Critical Points/Events/Movements: Negro narratives that are examined based on specific periods and events in Negro History, such as the following Negro Chattel Slavery, March on Washington, Pettus Bridge (Bloody Sunday), Million Man March, and other critical Negro Historical Events/Moments.
  • The Use of Original Sources & First Hand-Accounts: Negro Investigators should be using primary sources, Ancestral Narratives such as archives, letters, books, and other documents within the Negro and/or Lineage-Base Collective Community. An example would be reading transcripts of slave narratives, which are considered to be First-Negro Person Accounts of enslaved people that are often collected during the Federal Writers’ Project, along with other valuable insights into the lived Negro Experiences of chattel slaves in the United States of America.
  • Negro Oral Historical Narratives: would be the interviews and records with elderly Negro/Black Americans sharing their Negro Lived-Experiences during the Black Codes, Jim Crow which gives critical accounts on the Negro Historical Events such as the Civil Rights Movement.
  • Scholarly Peer-Reviewed Articles, Journals, and Books: based on historians like Dr. Carter G. Woodson, Dr. Benjamin A. Quarles, and many more that have challenged the Dominant Interpretation and Narrative of American History by shedding light on the truth of the Negro American Experience.

3. The incorporation of visual aids could be the Melanin Material Misrepresentation Fraud Ternion Red Flag and the Melanin Material Misrepresentation Fraud Ternion Mindset to keep the integrity of the investigation from other demographics from misrepresenting the Negro/Black Americans in the course of the investigation. Another aspect is using historical records and images from that time frame to support a Historical Investigation.

These are examples along with other illustrations that would be used in the course of the investigation, meant to keep the quality of the investigation to seek the truth historical what happen to Negro/Black Americans on the soil of America since 1619 to the present.

4. Some of the common mistakes that I would like to avoid would be spelling errors and misprints that could distract the reader of these types of reports. The goal is to make these complex historical investigations easy enough that a high school student will be able to understand and comprehend what crime was committed and how to prevent it.

The 'New' Racist Legacy Of The 'Old' Robert Moses In The City of New London...

Eminent domain is the primary weapon used against Negro/Black American Communities nationwide in the home of the brave and the home to slaves! There have been countless projects where large corporations seized land from Negro Americans to build parks to highways. Some of these famous construction projects have taken place in America from coast to coast, with little to no justice for the voiceless in the American Injustice System. The Father of these architect/construction schemes goes by the name of Robert Moses. Who is Robert Moses, my first introduction to the shady fraudster in the business of construction was first exposed to me by a YouTuber called The Black Authority. I have been an avid listener of his podcasting since my understudies at Three Rivers Community College, studying for my Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice Enforcement. Due to time limitations, I could not find the exact daily programming, but I remember who hipped me into the fraud through discrimination of eminent domain.

Here is a short list of controversial eminent domain construction projects by Robert Moses:

  • Interstate 81 in Syracuse, New York: In 1960, city officials built an elevated viaduct through the 15th Ward, where nearly 90% of Syracuse's Black [Negro] population lived. The construction displaced more than 1,300 families, including David Rufus (Fernandez, 2023).
  • Interstate 95 in Miami, Florida: In the 1950s, the construction of I-95 demolished Overtown and removed its Black [Negro] residents. Some argue that the federal government should share liability for intentional discrimination in this case (Rethinking Highway Construction as de Jure Segregation: A Case Study for Equal Protection Lawsuits – N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation & Public Policy, n.d.).
  • Interstate 65 and I-85 in Montgomery, Alabama: The construction of these highways displaced 1,596 families and destroyed 74 small businesses. The highways also excluded African Americans/[Negro Americans] in rural areas from accessing economic development (Contributor, 2023).

What Does Robert Moses Have To Deal The Court Case Kelo v. City of New London?

Robert Moses is what I would consider to be the original thought leader of using eminent domain to practice the dispossession of Negro People from their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness by taking their homes to take the land.  This concept of eminent domain does have a Biblical Concept called 'take the land,' as a form of punishment against God's enemies which could be found in the King James Version Bible Deuteronomy 1:8. This concept can be conceptualized by stating the following that in the Bible, the Israelites are told to take possession of the land of Canaan as an act of divine punishment for a corrupt society. The Israelites are described as an instrument of divine justice, not as power-grabbers or plunderers (Joshua: Judgment or Cruelty? Conquering the Promised Land, n.d.). In 2005, there was an equal opportunity approach to these matters, where anyone can get served these days, and I have witnessed it myself! The reason why eminent domain could be considered to be a scheme is in how these properties are acquired in a manner that could be rooted in the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which specifies that private property can only be taken for "public use" and with "just compensation" to the owner and the owners of those properties may sometimes not be fairly compensated for their property, (Institute for Justice, n.d.).

In the case overview of Kelo v. City of New London, it was about the following: The City of New London, Connecticut, used eminent domain to seize private property, including Susette Kelo's "little pink cottage", to sell to private developers. The city claimed the development would create jobs and increase tax revenues. Kelo and other property owners argued that the city violated the Fifth Amendment's takings clause, which guarantees that the government cannot take private property without just compensation (Kelo v. New London | Duke University School of Law, n.d.)  This was considered to be the legal reasoning for why the City of New London was trying to rip off the Kelo and separate them from their property.

How can this fraud be detected and prevented?

Based on what I witnessed in 2005, there may be little to nothing you can do as an American Citizen but to delay the inevitable of your land being seized by the county, federal, and local government. A victim could do the following: consult a real estate attorney to review their situation, argue that the government's proposed use of their land isn't legitimate "public use," challenge the offered compensation as inadequate, and advocate for policy changes to restrict eminent domain usage in your area; essentially, your best defense is to demonstrate that the government doesn't have a justified reason to take your property and isn't offering fair market value for it, (How to Fight Eminent Domain | Protecting Your Property, n.d.). The ironic thing is that all these things were done and Kelo's property was still seized based on a Supreme Court ruling. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of New London, holding that the city's actions qualified as a "public use". The ruling expanded the interpretation of "public use" in eminent domain, allowing local governments to seize private property for economic development (KELO v. NEW LONDON [04-108], 545 U.S. 469 (2005), n.d.).

What Role Would The Expert Play In This Case

Based on what could be concluded, there isn't much information about the role of expert witnesses in the 2005 Supreme Court case Kelo v. City of New London (Kelo v. New London, 545 U.S. 469 (2005), 2019).

What evidence would be needed for trial?

Some of the various evidence that was taken into account in the 2005 Supreme Court case Kelo v. City of New London, the city presented evidence to support its argument that the taking of private property for a development plan served a public purpose, (KELO v. NEW LONDON [04-108], 545 U.S. 469 (2005), n.d.):

  • The city's plan was the result of thorough deliberation (KELO v. NEW LONDON [04-108], 545 U.S. 469 (2005), n.d.);
  • The plan was intended to revitalize an economically distressed city (Kelo v. City of New London | Casebriefs, 2019);
  • The plan was projected to create jobs and increase tax revenues (Kelo v. City of New London | Casebriefs, 2019);
  • Various state agencies studied the plan's economic, environmental, and social impact (KELO v. NEW LONDON, n.d.).

These were some of the evidence that was used for the Supreme Court to reach an unfair verdict of 5-4 rulings not in favor of the Kelo.

What challenges might the expert face in this type of case?

What could be a challenge is if an expert finds their relevance in the court case and makes their statement impact in the interest of Kelo the plaintiff when the local government could be observed as playing a rough shot over the citizens in New London. Seeing these unfair practices resulted in people such as myself moving to another state in hopes of a better way of life to avoid these types of injustices.

What qualifications would the expert need to be effective in a construction fraud case?

An observant person such as myself has come to the sad reality that people are not motivated by the truth in a capitalistic society. They could be motivated by their greed and what they stand to lose at the expense of taking from others. This fraud is so dangerous because these people are using governmental powers to advance their ambitions at the expense of the people who elected them into office in the first place. Witnessing these types of fraud and abuse of government offices to advance personal goals at the expense of their citizens should be viewed as political corruption at the expense of the taxpayers. Since it is not, this is why my peers and I decided to create our government that will enforce the laws and replace the old government that is rooted in anti-Negro, anti-Blackness, and the ideals/principles of White Supremacy!
